摘要All intelligent electrochemical probe technique has been developed for in situ inspection of the hydrogen induced cracking susceptibility of boiler pipe systems during the pickling process. The relationship between the measured signal (hydrogen permeation current) of the sensor and the strength/embrittlement of boiler steels in acid has been studied. The design principle, structure, performance, and simulation test results of the probe, which has capabilities for data sampling, logging, storing, and processing, and result evaluation and printout, are reported.
