摘要 | A Ni-Al-Cr-Fe alloy was prepared by the rapid-quenching method using a single copper roll and its microstructure and surface state were studied and compared with the parent alloy by using XRD, SEM, EMPA and BET methods. The catalytic properties of both alloys used for the hydrogenation of adiponitrile were evaluated. The results show that the rapidly quenched Ni-Al-Cr-Fe alloy exhibited fine and homogeneous structure and contained more NiAl3 phase; distributions of promoter Cr and Fe were highly homogeneous. After activation, the rapidly quenched Ni-Al-Cr-Fe possessed smaller pore volume and pore size, compared with the parent alloy. Catalytic properties of the rapidly quenched Ni-Al-Cr-Fe alloy were superior to those of the parent alloy in hydrogenation of adiponitrile. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved. |
