F^—对酸性介质中316不锈钢钝化性能的影响

Abstract对含氟离子(F^-)稀盐酸介质中316不锈钢的钝化行为进行了研究,结果表明,自然腐蚀电位下316不锈金刚在含F^-稀盐酸溶液中能够钝化;低浓度F^-对不锈钢钝化性能的影响很小,但较高浓度的F^-(≥0.01mol/L)能够显著降低钝化性能。阳极极化过程中不锈钢表面能形成含F^-的富Cr钝化膜,提出了F^-离子破坏钝化膜的加速反应机理。
