Alternative TitleAnalysis on drawing springback influencing factors for pure titanium hemispherical part

Other AbstractFor TA0 pure titanium sheet with 0.6 mm thickness,the finite element models of actual hemispheric part deep drawing and springbaek were established,and their drawing springback processes were numerically simulated.Then,the related test verifications were conducted,and the influences of process parameters on springback amount were investigated.The results show that the springback amount reduces with the increasing of friction coefficient,and the springback amount decreases obviously when the friction coefficient is less than 0.14.However,when the friction coefficient is larger than 0.14,the springback amount decreases smoothly.Furthermore,the springbaek amount reduces with the increasing of unit blank holder force,and the springback amount changes significantly when the unit blank holder force is less than 1.4MPa.With the increasing of blank holder force,the springback amount decreases smoothly,and the springbaek amount increases with the increasing of clearance between punch and die.Finally,the actual drawing test is conducted on the basis of numerical simulation,the results of wall thickness test are basically consistent with the finite element simulation results,and the dimension after springback meets the size requirements of parts.
