等离子-激光复合制备NiCrAIY-Al_2O_3层的抗氧化性研究

Abstract研究了等离子-激光(plasma spraying and laser remelting, PS&LR)复合制备NiCrAlY-Al_2O_3层的抗氧化性能。Al_2O_3的加入量为(质量分数,%)10~30,粒度分50~75μm和0.31/μm两种。1000 ℃、1050 ℃下的等温氧化结果表明,PS&LR法制备的涂层氧化速率仅为等离子喷涂层的1/2,NiCrAlY-Al_2O_3层的氧化速率低于NiCrAlY层,且随Al_2O_3第二相含量的增加或粒径的减少,涂层氧化速率减小。通过氧化动力学曲线、氧化物的形貌和结构,分析了Al_2O_3第二相和激光重熔改善NiCrAlY等离子喷涂层抗氧化性的机理。
