Abstract | 研究了暴露在海洋性气候环境下耐候钢(09CuPCrNi)的耐腐蚀能力,探讨曝晒环境与合金元素的协同作用.采用失重方法评价了耐候钢的耐候性,用红外光谱(IR)、电子探针(EPMA)和电化学测试方法分析了锈层的性质.结果表明,氯离子沉积量低的情况下,锈层中Cr的富集有助于改善钢的耐候性,而在氯离子沉积量高情况下,氯离子是恶化其耐候性能的主要因素. |
Other Abstract | The corrosion behavior of weathering steel(09CuPCrNi)exposed in tropical marine environments for varied periods was investigated.The synergistic effect of exposure environment and alloying elements on weatherability was also studied.Mass loss method was used to evaluate the weatherability,while the rust layers formed on weathering steel under different conditions were examined by using Infrared spectroscopy(IR),electron probe of mass analysis(EPMA)and electrochemical techniques.The results show that under low chloride deposition,the enrichment of Cr plays an important role in improving the weatherability;conversely chloride ion is primary factor to deteriorate the weatherability by high chloride deposition. |
