Abstract | 利用霍普金森压杆(SHPB)装置对Mg65Cu20Ag5Gd10块体非晶合金材料进行了动态压缩试验,应变率范围10^2~100^3s^-1,采用扫描电子显微镜研究了其断口形貌特征。结果表明:Mg65Cu20Ag5Gd10块体非晶合金在动态压缩条件下的断裂强度值最高为704MPa,变形过程中没有出现宏观塑性变形阶段;Mg65Cu20Ag5Gd10块体非晶合金的断裂强度随发射子弹气压增加有增高的趋势,而断裂应变则随着压缩载荷的增加而降低;断口上存在解理台阶证明Mg65Cu20Ag5Gd10块体非晶合金为脆性断裂,同时在断口上存在条状花样和光滑区域相结合的形貌特征。 |
Other Abstract | The dynamic compression testing of Mg65Cu20Ag5Gd10 bulk amorphous alloy was done by split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) at the scope of strain rate of 10^2- 10^3 s^-1. The fracture morphologies of Mg65Cu20Ag5Gd10 bulk amorphous alloy were studied by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the most fracture strength value is 704 MPa of the Mg65Cu20Ag5Gd10 bulk amorphous alloy under dynamic compression and no macro-plastic phase during deformation process; the fracture strength of Mg65Cu20Ag5Gd10 bulk amorphous alloy has rise trend with a rise in the air pressure of shooting bullet, the fracture strain falls with a rise in compression load; the cleavage step exists on the fracture which proves the Mg65Cu20Ag5Gd10 bulk amorphous alloy to be brittle fracture, meanwhile the strip pattern and slip area are found on the fracture morphology. |
