摘要The water-soluble CdTe quantum dots (QDs) were synthesized using mercaptopropionic acid as stabilizer. The interaction of riboflavin (RF) with salmon sperm DNA was investigated using UV and fluorescent spectra by employing CdTe QDs as a fluorescence probe in pH 7.25 Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution. Decreased fluorescence and hypochromism of UV spectra were observed as RF interaction with DNA. The interaction of riboflavin with DNA has also been studied through methods of salt effect and thermal denaturation experiment. The experimental results confirm that the action mode of RF to DNA is electrostatic binding and intercalation.
