Abstract | 设计了Co-Ti,Ti-Zr-Cu两种高温钎料,进行了它们与Si3N4表面的润湿性实验,利用XRD分析钎焊合金与陶瓷界面,结果表明Co-Ti合金中Ti以化合形态形式存在时,钎料不润湿Si3N4陶瓷,钎焊合金与陶瓷间的办面连接强度与基体材料及界面反应产物密切相关。 |
