Abstract应用化学分析方法对镁合金转化膜溶液中锰离子的浓度进行分析,使用电化学工作站和SEM对膜层的耐蚀性、形貌和成分进行表征.结果表明:随着处理面积的增加,锰离子浓度线性减少,耐蚀性变化范围不大;当处理面积达到100 dm~2/L后,膜层表面微观裂纹变得较宽
