Abstract | 研究了在Q 235钢表面制备Ni-P-Al2O3复合镀层的工艺条件,并表征了Ni-P-Al2O3复合镀层的组成、形貌、硬度及耐蚀性等性能。通过实验,确定最佳的工艺条件为:温度85℃,pH值4.6,Al2O330g/L。SEM和EDS研究表明:Al2O3微粒在镀液中会被活化,在进入复合镀层的过程中,其表面沉积有均匀的镍层。镀层性能测试结果表明:复合镀层的硬度和耐蚀性均明显优于Ni-P镀层的。 |
Other Abstract | The technological conditions for preparing Ni-P-Al2O3composite coating on the surface of Q 235steel were studied,and the properties of the coating,such as composition,surface morphology,hardness,corrosion resistance,etc.were also characterized.Through experiment,the optimal process conditions were obtained:temperature 85℃,pH value 4.6,Al2O330 g/L.The results of SEM and EDS analyses show that Al2O3particles can be activated in the bath,and will be covered an even nickel deposit in the process entering the composite coating.The performance tests indicate that the Ni-P-Al2O3composite coating is obviously superior to Ni-P coating in both hardness and corrosion resistance. |
