Nine novel erythromycin O-alkylamidoxime derivatives were prepared in excellent yields via the condensation of different O-alkylhydroxylamines with erythromycin imino ether. The structures of all the compounds prepared were confirmed by H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, IR and MS, and their in vtiro antibacterial activities were tested. Among the compounds, two of them showed good antibacterial activities.
