热处理对超大比表面积PAN—ACF微观结构的影响

Abstract研究了不同热处理温度下,超大比表面积PAN-ACF(HSACF)的微观结构(孔结构和表面结构)的变化。结果表明,700℃下处理后,微孔孔径收缩,比表面积减小,但变化幅度不大;表面官能团减少,表面惰性增加;纤维形态变化不大。950℃热处理后,孔径结构和比表面积大幅度损失,但表面活性增加,与空气接触后表面官能团数目增加,纤维的表观形态发生很大变化。
