原位内生Al/Mg2Si/Si复合材料铸态组织研究

Abstract利用普通重力铸造方法,制备原位内生Al/Mg2Si/Si复合材料。研究体系中加入过量Si后的显微组织,并利用Al-Mg2Si-Si三元相图进行分析。结果表明,过量Si使复合材料中的大径径比的Al+Mg2Si二元共晶向小长径比的Al+Mg2Si+Si三元共晶转化,并使α-Al以球状晶粒析出,从而改善了显微组织,显著提高了复合材料的室温拉伸性能。
