Abstract对两种不同O含量(5300ppm和350ppm)的12CrNi2合金钢粉末进行了激光增材制造(LAM)成形,发现低O含量合金钢粉成形后抑制了孔洞及氧化物夹杂形成,导致合金钢抗拉强度和延伸率明显提高。
Other Abstract12CrNi2 alloy steels were manufactured by laser additive manufacturing (LAM)technology, using two types of powders with different O contents (5 300 ppm and 350 ppm). It was found that the formation of low O content steel powder suppressed the for- mation of holes and oxide inclusions, resulting in significantly increased tensile strength and elongation of alloy steel.
