Abstract铁电涡旋结构由于在存储方面的巨大应用前景得到人们广泛关注。本文通过选用不同钪酸盐衬底生长了介电/铁电(SrTiO_3/PbTiO_3)_4以及电极/铁电(La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)MnO_3/PbTiO_3)_4超晶格,利用像差校正透射电镜分析了薄膜的极化状态,探讨了失配应变和电边界条件对超晶格PbTiO_3层中铁电涡旋结构的影响。研究表明,随着失配应变的增加,周期性涡旋结构由涡旋核心随机分布转变为一上一下交替分布,之后转化为涡旋结构与a畴共存来释放大的拉应变。在电极/铁电(La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)MnO_3/PbTiO_3)_4超晶格中,涡旋结构呈周期性分布且能够稳定存在于电极La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)MnO_3夹持的PbTiO_3层中,此结果有利于其在铁电存储器等方面应用研究的开展。
Other AbstractFerroelectric polar vortex has attracted increasing interest for large applications prospects in data storage. In this paper,the polarization state and the effects of both misfit strain and electrical boundary condition on polar vortices in PbTiO_3 layers of dielectric/ferroelectric( SrTiO_3/PbTiO_3)_4 and electrode/ferroelectric( La_(0. 7)Sr_(0. 3)MnO_3/PbTiO_3)_4 superlattices grown on different scandate substrates are investigated by using Cs-corrected transmission electron microscopy. With misfit strain increasing,the pattern of vortex changes slightly and then a domain arises to release the large tensile strain. Meanwhile the periodic vortices can be stabilized in the PbTiO_3 layers with La_(0. 7)Sr_(0. 3)MnO_3 as an interlayer,which may prompt the development of researches on its applications.
