Abstract研究了Nd-Fe-Co-Zr-B合金快淬磁粉的成分、工艺、微结构对磁性的影响,选定合适的成分和工艺,批量生产的磁粉性能可达到(BH)max=94.4kJ/m^3(11.8MGOe)。用两种快淬工艺(电弧法和感应法)制取磁粉的结果表明,电弧加热熔化溢流或拽出快淬(melt-spin)工艺难以获得均匀一致的快淬微结构组织。
