Abstract | 介绍了一种新型无毒的镁合金无铬化学转化处理方法。正交试验获得的最佳工艺参数为:8g/LNa^+,0.5g/LcO^-23,0.01g/L辅助成膜剂N,处理时间30min,处理温度30℃。研究了膜层的耐蚀性及其与不同漆膜之间的附着力。结果表明,在优化工艺下获得的膜层具有优良的耐蚀性(耐中性盐雾试验时间〉96h)和漆膜附着力(达到1级)。 |
Other Abstract | A novel nontoxic and chrome-free chemical conversion treatment process for Mg and its alloys was presented. The technological parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiments: 8 g/L Na^+, 0.5 g/LCO^-23, 0.01 g/L auxiliary film-forming agent (code: N), treatment temperature 30℃ and time 30 min. The properties of conversion film, such as corrosion resistance and adhesion strength to different coatings, were studied. The film obtained under optimal process conditions shows good corrosion resistance as characterized by the failure time in neutral salt spray test (〉96 h) and adhesion strength to coatings (reaching first grade). |
