热处理对纳米Si—C—N粉在水中的分散和电动特性的影响

Abstract对激光法制备的纳米Si-C-N粉在非空气气氛和空气气氛的环境下进行了热处理,表征了粉体表面成分的变化,研究了粉体在水中的分散行为和电动特性,结果表明:在真空和氮气中处理的粉体的分散性和稳定性较差,而适度氧化的粉体则具有较好的分散性和稳定性,在空气气氛下处理的粉体具有较低的等电点和对分散剂PAA更好的吸附能力。
