TiC/NiCr金属陶瓷与1Cr13不锈钢的真空钎焊

Abstract以CuMnNi和CuMnCo合金为钎料,采用真空钎焊方法实现了TiC/NiCr金属陶瓷与1Cr13不锈钢的牢固连接。研究了钎料类型及钎焊工艺对钎缝接头力学性能与微观结构的影响。结果表明,采用CuMnNi钎料时在1050℃保温30min的钎焊工艺下获得了最高界面抗剪强度为338MPa,而采用CuMnCo钎料时在1050℃保温60min的钎焊工艺下获得了最高界面抗剪强度为274MPa,剪切断口发生在金属陶瓷靠近钎缝侧。良好的界面扩散互溶是获得较高界面连接强度的主要原因。并通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析等方法对钎焊接头微观组织、剪切断口进行了观察和分析。
