Al2O3/SiC纳米陶瓷复合材料的强化机理

Abstract采用一次粒径分别为10nm和15nm的α-Al2O3和SiC超细粉体,制备了Al2O3/SiC纳米陶瓷复合材料,并研究了其强化机理,提出了内晶颗粒残余应力强化模型。该模型很好地解释了Al2O3/SiC纳米复合材料的强度和断裂方式随SiC颗粒含量的变化规律。
