摘要电化学因素和力学因素对应力腐蚀裂纹的萌生和早期扩展都产生了重要影响。间歇加载促进了裂纹的生长。在近中性pH值环境中,I/II复合型应力腐蚀裂纹的扩展速率高于I型裂纹的扩展速率。涂层的剥离降低了阴极保护效果,要达到阴极保护效果需要使阴极保护电位适当地负移。 根据实验室的研究结果,建议在实际服役管道运营过程中,为了减少应力腐蚀裂纹萌生的可能性,应尽量减少内部输运油气压力波动的幅度,在管道铺设和服役过程中尽量减少向其施加额外载荷。在预测实际埋地管道的服役寿命时,应该考虑到复合型载荷在应力腐蚀裂纹扩展中的作用,特别对于容易发生地震等能够导致土壤移动的地区,或者对于管道铺设过程中需要经过斜坡等易于产生额外弯曲应力的地段,在预测管道剩余寿命过程中更应该考虑复合型载荷对裂纹扩展速率的影响。另外在预测管道剩余寿命时,也应该考虑间歇加载对裂纹长大的促进作用。对于涂层剥离的实际埋地管道,应该使阴极保护电位适当的负移。根据本论文的实验结果推测,涂层剥离后施加的阴极保护电位应该比完整涂层时施加的阴极保护电位负移约150mVSCE。
其他摘要Electrochemical factor and mechanical factor take an important role in the process of TGSCC initiation and early stage propagation. Intermittent loading facilitates crack propagation. And crack propagation rate of I/II mixed mode SCC crack is faster than that of mode I crack in near-neutral pH solution. The disbondment of the coating reduces the cathodic protection effect and the cathodic protection potential should be suitably shifted to negative in order to obtain the same cathodic protection effect as that of the intact coating. Based on the above results from the laboratory test, suggestions for the practical pipeline operation are as followed: The magnitude of the inner pressure fluctuation should be reduced as much as possible and the same to the additional load during the installation and service of the actual pipeline. The role of mixed mode load in the process of crack propagation should be considered when the lifetime of the buried pipeline is predicted. The effect of mixed mode load on crack propagation should be considered further especially for the region where earthquake often occurs and the slope where the additional bending stress exists. The accelerating action of the intermittent loading on crack propagation should also be considered. The cathodic protection potential should be shifted suitably to negative, like about 150mVSCE, after the coating disbonded according to the results obtained in the present study.
