摘要TA18合金名义成分为Ti-3Al-2.5V,是美国研发出来的具有较高综合性能的近型的合金。其管材广泛应用于商业客机的液压管路系统、化工设备等领域。目前,TA18管材主要通过冷轧的方式得到,其组织尤其是织构分布受冷轧工艺的影响很大。因此,对该冷轧过程中管坯的变形规律以及织构分布进行研究,具有重要的理论价值和实用意义。本文对TA18管坯三辊冷轧整个变形过程及织构分布规律进行了较系统的研究。 (1)以滑道设计理论为基础,采用MATLAB与VB混合编程开发了一套滑道设计平台。该平台不但可以根据不同材料选择不同的设计方法,设计出满足不同规格加工的滑道工作曲面,而且还可以结合Python脚本程序完成了三辊冷轧工艺的参数化建模。 (2)为提高模拟分析的准确性,对TA18的力学性能进行测定和分析,二次开发了室温条件下TA18材料库,为有限元模拟提供了准确的材料性能参数。 (3) 对三辊冷轧管变形规律进行数值分析,掌握了轧槽与管坯的接触规律,分析得到了管坯的运动轨迹,讨论了摩擦力与径周向剪切应力 之间的关系以及轴向力的分布规律,分析了三辊冷轧过程中管坯发生扭转变形的原因并推导了扭转角与各工艺参数之间的关系,分析了管坯从进入变形区到离开变形区各阶段的变形规律。 (4)依据理想织构模型下织构因子与参数R之间的经验公式建立了TA18管三辊冷轧织构预测模型。基于大型非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc二次开发了织构预测子程序。通过计算机模拟,分析了管坯在整个变形区各段的织构分布规律,讨论了不同减径减壁段分配比对成品管织构的影响,模拟得到了Q值对冷轧管坯织构分布的影响规律。
其他摘要TA18, a kind of titanium alloys with the nominal chemical composition of Ti-3Al-2.5V and great comprehensive properties, had been developed successfully by American scientists. TA18 tubes have been used widely for the hydraulic pipe system of commercial aircrafts, chemical engineering equipment etc. Till now, TA18 tubes have been produced by cold rolling, which process has a significant impact on the properties, especially on the distribution of texture. So the systemic research on this process has important value in theory research and practical application. The whole deformation process of TA18 tubes of three-roller cold rolling was researched systematically and thoroughly in this thesis. (1) Based on the bracket design theory, the bracket software was developed with Matlab and VB. According to the selected design method, the relevant bracket working curve can be computed by using this software. The parametric finite element modeling can be established by combining with the relevant Python script code. (2) In order to improve the accuracy of the finite element analysis of three-roller cold rolling, the material mechanical property has been measured and analyzed and TA18 material database was developed based on MSC.Marc. (3) According to the analysis of FE simulation, the characteristic of three-roller cold rolling was particularly summarized. The contact rule between the groove and the tube was obtained. The trajectory of a material point in the rolled tube was analyzed. The relationship between friction and shear stress was discussed. The distribution of axial force was also analyzed. The tube torsion deformation was revealed and the relationship between the torsion angle and the processing parameters was also deduced. At last the deformation mechanism at different stages was analyzed in detail. (4) Based on the empirical equation between Kearns factor and parameter R in the ideal texture modeling, the texture prediction modeling was built, and the relevant subroutine was also established and integrated into the finite element software MSC.Marc. The distribution of TA18 tube texture in the whole transition zone was analyzed. It was found that the length ratio between the diameter-reduced zone and the thickness-reduced zone has little influence on the texture of final tubes. The relationship between Q and Kearns factor (texture) was acquired by FE simulation.
