Abstract本文利用蠕变法和外坩振荡法研究了Ni-Zr非晶态合金的粘滞流变和高温粘度,并提出点缺陷模型来解释非晶态合金的粘滞流度和高温粘度之间的关系。研究结果表明,Ni-Zr非晶态合金和熔体的粘度均符合依据点缺陷模型导出的粘度公式:η = η_0T exp [(E_f+ΔG~m)/(RT)]流变激活能由点缺陷形成解(E_f)和原子跃迁激活能(ΔG~m)两部分组成,从熔体到非晶态,粘度是不连续的。此外,研究了Ni-Zr非晶态合金的比热、线膨胀系数、点缺陷浓度和晶化过程,结果表明,点缺陷模型也可成功地解释所得到的实验数据。
