Abstract | 本论文介绍了多粒子冲蚀法测量软、硬两类底材上沉积脆性薄膜与底材结合情况的研究结果。冲蚀的临界磨料用量系冲蚀造成薄膜完全剥离的最低磨料用量,是膜层的承截能力的一种表达方式,它同薄膜与底材的结合强度有关。提出稳定线抗剥离系数作为结合强度的定量判据,该判据能够反映膜层与基材的结合强度,提出一个由划痕的临界载荷计算结合强度的模型,该模型计算出的结果能够反映实际情况,并与冲蚀的稳定线剥离系数对应。实验结果表明,冲蚀法对研究膜层与底材的结合强度是行之有效的。 |
Other Abstract | The research results of evaluation of adhesion between coating and substrate by erosion method are introduced. The critical abrasive dose of erosion is the lowest dose which causes the removal of coating from substrate completely. It represents the bearing capacity of coating with substrate and cohesion of coating. The stable delamination-resistance rate is proposed as a quantitative criticera for evaluating the adhesion. It can represent adhesion. The model for caculating the adhesion from critical scratch load is proposed and the caculating results by this model coincide with the results of stable delaminlation-resistance rate from erosion. The experimental results prove that the erosion method is effective to evaluate the adhesion of brittle coating with substrate. |
