Abstract | 制备了急冷微晶铝锂合金并对其超塑性进行了详细研究。分析了超声氩气雾化粉末的凝固组织。研究了杂质及作用预处理工艺对超塑性的影响。固熔-过时效-温轧预处理的铝锂合金最大延伸率为585%,其最佳超塑变形条件是:温度540 ℃, 应变速度1.67 * 10~(-2) s~(-1)。观察分析了预处理中的组织变化和超塑变形中的空洞。超塑断裂主要因空洞形成、长大。绕晶粒联接所致。 |
Other Abstract | Rapidly solidified microcrystalline Al-Li alloys are prepared. Full study on superplasticity of the alloys is made. Microstructure of powders produced by ultrasonic Argon atomization and effects of impurity elements and different thermomechanical processes on superplasticity are analysed. A solution heat treated, overaged and rolled Al-Li alloy exhibites a maximum tensile elongation of 585% at 540 ℃ for an initial strain rate of 1.67 * 10~(-2) s~(-1). Microstructural changes in thermomechanical processing and cavities produced during superplastic deforming are observed. Cavity formation, growth and linkage around grains are the main cause of superplastic failure. |
