热膨胀动态过程的直接观测及机制

摘要本文采用0.1μs脉冲co_2激光快速加热原度微米量级的Al箔、康铜箔、Ag箔、非晶带氮化硼样品,并使用参数激光来造成单缝射。然后,通过光电转换装置,实现长度光强、电压的转化过程,来观测物体被快加热时,热膨胀量随时间的变化过程。首直接观测到了热膨胀动态过程并摄下了膨胀的驰豫曲线。在此基础上就样品Al观察了驰豫时间与样品长度的关系。最后,对热膨胀动态过程的机制进行了讨论。
其他摘要In this paper, co_2 laser pulse of 0.1μs was sued to heat instantly the specimens of Al, constantant, Ag, amorphous alloy, BN thin pieces those are thickness of 20-100μm, and a system of the slit diffraction by He-Ne laser has been designed. Then, by an installation of photoelectric converting, the changes among the length of the specimen, light strength, voltage has been realized, we used this method to observe and measure the changing process of the thermal expansion amount of the specimen with time when the specimen was heated instantly. For the first time, the dynamic-process of thermal expansion has been observed directly, and the photograph of the relaxation curve of thermal expansion has also been taken. On the basis of the experiment above, taking the specimen Al for example, we examed the relation between the relaxation time and the length of specimen. At last, the mechanism of the dynamic-process of thermal expansion has been discussed.
