Abstract作者在实验过程中,观察到了Al-20-at%Mn急冷合金中具有m3-bar5-bar点群的二十面体相和具有10/mmm点群的十次对称相的准晶体。并对实验所用的样品进行了电子衍射分析,得到了FIM相吻合的结果。应用场离子像模拟技术,对几个准晶结构模型进行了检验。
Other AbstractThe authors observed the quasi-crystalline specimens which have the icosahedral phase with m3-bar5-bar point group along with the 10-fold symmetry phase with 10/mmm point group in a rapidly cooled Al-20-at.% Mn alloy in their experiments. The results obtained by electron diffraction of the samples collaborated those obtained by field ion microscope. Several quasi-crystal structure models were tested by the techniques of field ion image simulation.
