Abstract本文用差热、X射线衍射、金相和电子探针微区成分分析等方法,对Nd-Fe_(0.9)Co_(0.1)-B系富Fe_(0.9)Co_(0.1)区900 ℃等温截面和该区熔化温度进行了研究。Nd-Fe-B三元系中10at%Fe被Co替代后,除单相点中,二元化合物Nd_2Fe_(17)和Fe_2B分别由赝二元化合物Nd_2(Fe,Co)_(17)和(Fe,Co)_2B替代,三元化合物Nd_2Fe_(14)B和NdFe_4B_4分别由赝三元化合物Nd_2(Fe,Co)_(14)B和Nd(Fe,Co)_4B_4替代外,该三元系富Fe区900 ℃等温平衡图基本上无其它变化。它包含T_1[Nd_2(Fe,Co)_(14)B]、T_2[Nd_(1+ε)(Fe,Co)_4B_4]、Nd_2(Fe,Co)_(17)、(Fe,Co)_2B和α-Fe(Co)五个固态单相区,还有凝态富Nd相;以及六个两相区,五个三相区。在Nd-Fe-B三元系中,Co替代10at%Fe由于形成Nd_2(Fe,Co)_(14)B而提高了居里温度,并使该系各零变度反应温度发生了不同程度的变化。
