应用微机技术组成电化学测试系统的研究

摘要腐蚀电化学测试实时性强,腐蚀数据的处理烦琐、复杂。计算机具有运行速度快、逻辑与算术运算能力强的特点,将计算机用于腐蚀电化学测试和分析,可心实现腐蚀数据的自动采集和分析,可以缩短实验时间,减少实验误差,提高实验的可靠性。本文介绍了所研制的腐蚀电化学测试分析系统,该系统可以完成多种电化学实验,实时显示和打印实验结果。研制了模数、数模转换电路,逻辑控制电路,用软件实现了具有完整的听、讲功能的GPIB接口,利用汇语言编制了波形发生、数据采集、定时及前置系统管理软件包。用Applesoft语言写了Apple-IIe机上的系统软件,可用人-机对话的方式,选择实验方法,输入实验参数,存贮、显示和打印实验结果。给出了用该系统进行的静态和动态试验结果,验证了该系统的原理可行性及设计的合理性。
其他摘要It's now wellestablished that computers don't merely relieve the tedium of much experimentation and enable it to be completed more quickly and more precisely than when performed manually, they permit a whole range of new experiments to be undertaken which would be quite impossible without a computer. The purpose of this paper is to describe a corrosion electrochemical measuring and analysing system based upon an apple IIe personal computer and a TP801 single board computer. The system can perform many electrochemical experiments, real-time display and print experiment data in both text and graphics. Analog to digital, digital to analog and logic control circuits were designed. One GPIB interface which has the whole ability of listening and taiking was designed with software, and using asseble language, signals genarating, data acquisition, time and manager etc. software package was designed, using excellent applesoft, one manager software package in apple IIe was designed. Under the control of the software package one can input parameters, select experiment technique, save and display experiment data etc. with manmachine talking. The system has been tested in off-line and on-line, and proved to be reliable.
