其他摘要 | The formation and stability in amorphous T-M and Se were investigated by means of thermal, mechanical, magnetic and structural analyses. In the present research, emphases were placed upon the effects of the quench rate on the properties and structures of amorphous materials from the viewpoints of crystallization dynamics, atomic and electronic structures. DSC thermal analyzer, X-ray diffractometry, Infrared thermal photography technique, Mossbauer spectra, High resolution electron microscope, Positron annihilation techniques, Infrared absorption spectra, Internal friction analyzer with an inverted torsion pendulum, magnetic balance and melt spinning technique were employed in the tests. Based on the experiments and theoretical analyses, the viscosities, the quench rates, the crystallization incubation time, the critical quench rate, crystallization parameters (Tp, E, ΔH, Tg), the atomic structure, the physical and mechanical properties, the magnetic structures, the structural relaxation, the molecular phase separation, the relationship between glass transition and crystallization processes related with the forming process and the stability of amorphous materials and the differences between T-M system and Se are discussed from several aspects. |
