The correlation between basic formability parameters and simulation formability parameters were reviewed. The history, status and research methods and results of correlation also were discussed. The main contents of this paper emphasized the correlation between LDR and FLD and the mechanical properties, n and r value, 15 types of Alkilled steel sheets were investigated. The research method is the progressive regression for obtaining optimum regression formulas. The results show that the correlation of LDR withδ_u, R_(min)*n_(min), R_m*t, σ_s/σ_b and the correlation of FLD_0 with n*t and t is notable. The correlation coefficient from given mathematical models is 0.9310 and 0.9887 respectively. According to the facts that the shape of the FLD of low carbon steel sheets for deep drawing is similar each other and their FLD_0 is determined by basic parameters, the FLD curve could been drawn immediately by macro computer. The predicted FLD is agreement with experimented FLD of 7 types steel sheets for deep drawing. Therefore the predicted FLD could believes and uses actually in the steel making and automobile works.
