耐磨镍硬合金铸铁性能研究

摘要本论文在消化吸收国外技术的基础上,对镍硬合金进行了更深入的研究。研究了C、Cr、Si及微量元素B、Mo、RE对合金组织结构及性能的影响,对合金的成份做了更细致的调整,确定了材料的成份控制范围。做出了合金的CCT、TTT曲线,对热处理工艺进行了全面研究,明确了奥氏体化温度、冷却速度、保温时间等对合金性能的影响,所确定的热处理工艺既保证了厚大截面铸件(>100mm)的充分淬透,又保证不出现淬裂等缺陷。本文分析了铸件出现珠光体的原因,并给出了避免和消除的方法。以高铬铸铁作为对比,在往复式划痕、干砂胶轮磨粒磨损、单摆冲击划痕有粒子冲蚀等实验机上进行了磨损试验,系统地研究了两类合金在不同工况下的耐磨性能。试验结果表明在有冲击截荷的条件下镍硬铸铁显示出优势,对合金成份、热处理艺制度、合金的组织结构对耐磨性能的影响都有所论述,对合金的磨损机理进了探讨。
其他摘要The Ni-Hard alloys are among the most effective materials for applications requiring a high degree of strength、hardness and wear resistance. A further investigation was made of the effect of C、Cr、Si and Mo、B、RE on microstructure and properties in Ni-Hard 4. So that a more stable adjustment was made on the alloy composition. The trans-formation courve (CCT、TTT) was given here, and a prevailed heat treatment technology was obtained to assure the hardenability of thick section castings, and prevent the appearence of defects such as crack. It is found that the formation of pearlite is mainly caused by element segregation, a method was given to prevent to remove it. Comparision with high-chromium cast iron, a systematic research was made on the wear resistance of Ni-Hard 4 in different working environment, several kind of wear testers were employed(reciprocating grooving tester、dry sand rubber wheeel tester、single-pass pendulum impact grooving tester and impact erosion tester). The results show that Ni-Hard 4 have good wear resistance than high-chromium cast iron when impact load are present. Some results of the effect of composition、microstructure and heat treatment of wear resistance was discussed, wear mechanism was inquired.
