Abstract本文研究了微观组织和粉末颗粒度对粉末冶金Al-8Fe-4Ce高温铝合金 的力学性能的影响。这种材料显示了很好的高温性能,挤压态的热稳定性达280 ℃。并且具有良好的延伸率(6%)。研究结果表明,粉末颗粒度对材料的性能有很大的影响。挤压中未被破碎的粉末颗粒边界,结合得不好将导致性能下降。在Al-8Fe-4Ce合金中加入元素Zr、Ni,得到一种新合金。室温强度、高温强度和热稳定性均优于Al-8Fe-4Ce合金。本文对挤压态合金的热稳定性进行了初步研究。为改善粉末颗粒的结合,对Al-8Fe-4Ce合金进行热轧,与挤压态进行拉伸性能比较。性能与观察到的微观组织相联系。热轧改善了材料的延伸率。
Other AbstractThe effect of microstructure and powder particles size on the mechanical properties of P/M Al-8Fe-4Ce high temperature aluminum alloy was studied. The material exhibited good elevated temperature strength. As-extruded alloy is thermally stable up to 280 ℃. And poor properties are believed to be due to the poor bonding between prior powder particle boundaries that are not broken-up during the extruding process. Powder particles size shows important effect on the tensile properties of the alloy. A new alloy was achieved by adding of Zr、Ni elements into Al-8Fe-4Ce alloy, which exibited much higher room temperature, and elevated temperature strength and thermal stability than Al-8Fe-4Ce alloy. In order to improve the bonding between powder particles, as-extruded Al-8Fe-4Ce alloy was thermomechanically processed. After hot rolling, the material was compared to the extruded material using tensile data. Properties were correlated with the observed microstructure. Ductility of the alloy was improved by hot rolling.
