Abstract本文采用金相、透射电子显微镜、正电子湮没技术和三维取向分布(ODF)X射线衍射等分析技术,着重研究了冷轧Fe-Cu合金退火过程中铜的偏聚行为及其对板材的组织结构、取向与缺陷变化的影响,还应用了大气暴露试验研究了铜的抗大气腐蚀效果。结果表明铜在合金中的存在形态与位错相互作用,阻碍了位错的运动,引起了合金强化;含铜低合金铜的锈层致密,保护性能好,因而较普碳钢耐大气腐蚀。
Other AbstractThe segregation of copper during annealing and the influence on the morphology, defects and textures are investigated by optical, TEM, PAT and ODFs. Atmospheric exposure corrosion text is also carried out to analyses the effect of copper on corrosion resistance. Coactions of morphology of copper and dislocation impede movement of dislocation. It causes alloy hardening. The rust layer is compacted so that there is more corrosion-resistant in Fe-Cu low alloy steels than common-carbon steels.
