Abstract本文合成了四种有机硅氯甲撑膦酸缓蚀剂。应用交流阻抗及稳态极化曲线方法对它们在中性介质(实验室盐水、模拟冷却水)中的吸附特性和电化学行为进行了比较和研究。讨论了在实验室盐水体系中HCO~-_3与缓蚀剂间的协同效应及缓蚀作用机理。实验结果表明:缓蚀剂在上述两种体系中对铁的吸附均服从Langmuir等温吸附方程。其吸附能力不仅与缓蚀剂所含特征官能团-CH_2P(O)(OH)_2的数目有关,而且与缓蚀剂自身的结构有关。缓蚀效率与吸附能力有着密切的联系,吸附能力越强,缓蚀效率越高。在温度较低时,有机硅氨甲撑膦酸缓蚀剂是优良的阻垢剂,但随着温度的升高,有机硅氨甲撑膦酸缓蚀剂的阻垢效率会明显降低。
Other AbstractA new organosilicon inhibitor-organosilicon amino-methylene phosphonic acid inhibitor was synthesized with organosilicon amine and phosphorous acid and poly-formaldehyde. The inhibiting effects of organosilicon amino-methylene phosphonic acid inhibitors on iron in Laboratory Brine and Imitative Cooling Water are investigated by AC impedance, potentiodynamic polarization measurement and corrosion rate test (CRT).
