利用氧化膜应力原位测量装置、声发射仪、电子热天平及XRD、SEM等表面分析技术研究了离子注入1 x 10~(17)、1 x 10~(16)、1 x 10~(15)y/cm~2对Ni-15Cr-6Al合金渗铝涂层氧化膜力学性质的影响,包括氧化膜恒温生长应力、氧化膜的粘附性及氧化膜的开裂和剥落行为。实验结果表明,离子注入这三种剂量的Y对Al_2O_3膜在1,000 deg C和1,100 deg C的氧化动力学没有显著影响。从实验结果可看出,离子注入1 x 10~(17)Y/cm~2降低Al-2O_3膜的生长应力。

The influences of implanted yttrium at doses of 1 x 10~917), 1 x 10~(16) and 1 x 10~(15)Y/cm~2 on the mechanical behavior of oxide scales formed on aluminized Ni-15Cr-6Al alloy, including oxide scale growth stress, adhension of oxide scale on substrate, and cracking and spalling of oxide scale, are studied by using apparatus of oxide scal stress measurement, acoustic emision, electric thermal balance and surface analysis technology of XRD and SEM. The experimental results indicate Y-implanation at the three doses have no effects on oxidation kenitics of alloy. Ion implanation dose of 1 x 10~(17)Y/cm~2 decreases the growth stress in the oxide scale at 1,000 deg C and 1,100 deg C.
