Anti-Erosion Performance of NiCrFeAl/h-BN center dot SiO2 Abradable Sealing Coatings

摘要NiCrFeAl/h-BN center dot SiO2 abradable sealing coatings were prepared by METCO 6P-II flame spraying, and NiCrFeAl/h-BN was modified by SiO2 to improve the abradability of the coatings. The anti-erosion performance of the abradable sealing coatings prepared with different flow-ratios of oxygen and acetylene (oxygen fuel ratio) were evaluated. The results show that the h-BN and SiO2 particles are coated by NiCrFeAl during the spraying process. With the increase of oxygen fuel ratio, the metal phase is melted more adequately, and the uniformity of h-BN and SiO2 is improved. The surface Rockwell hardness (HR15Y) of the coating is raised from 50.8 to 70.3, and the bonding strength is enhanced. The morphologies of the eroded coatings were characterized by adhesive wear and abrasive wear, and the roughness decreases with the increase of the oxygen fuel ratio. The cohesive force of the coating is promoted deriving from that the nonmetallic phases are coated by metal phase adequately. The mass loss rate of the coating decreases, and the anti-erosion performance is improved.
