Immersion-wet-dry combined cycles is applied to simulate the process of atmospheric corrosion of A_3 steel and Cor-Ten A steel. Results showed: in both single and mixed pollutants, steel is more sensitive to varation of HSO_3~- than that of Cl~-, corrosiveness of HSO_3~- and Cl~- in atmospheric corrosion of steel. In high hydrion concentration(PH=3) medium, hydrion increases corrosion largely, but it is benifical to formation of Fe_3O_4 crystal in rust, so the development of corrosion is hindered. This thesis discusses reaction mechanism of various ions their synergistic effect and relationship between K and n and discusses models of atmospheric corrosion of steel.
