摘要 | The effects of pH on the corrosion behavior of 316L SS were investigated in boron-free lithium-containing hydrogenated water at 345 degrees C. The results revealed that the oxides formed on the surface of 316L SS consisted of outer polyhedral particles of Fe3O4 and inner layer of nanocrystalline Fe-Cr spinel. Nickel also be found accumulate along grain boundaries beneath the oxide/matrix interface. It was also found that the pH affects both thickness of the inner oxide layer and growth kinetics. In addition, the dose of ions released from the matrix into solution increases with increasing pH, which is consistent with the calculated results. |
