摘要 | TBCs are primarily applied to aero-engine blades to improve the thermal insulation performance and extend the service life of the gas turbine. While the understanding of the effect of non-uniform growth of TGO on the stress distribution and structural stability of TBCs is still limited. Therefore, this study is devoted to exploring the influence of non-uniform TGO on the stress distribution of TBCs. A roughness characterization method of parametric arc radian is proposed, and the TGO growth control equation based on the oxygen diffusion distribution is established in this paper. The results indicated that as the radius (R) or radian (omega) of the models increases, the difference in TGO thickening becomes more significant, with the peak oxygen concentration in TGO increasing and the valley oxygen concentration decreasing. Furthermore, the radius (R) and radian (omega) of the TGO morphology also exert noticeable effects on the magnitude and distribution of stress. |
