摘要 | Solid-liquid phase change materials (PCMs) are considered promising candidates for use in energy storage and conversion devices. However, the drawbacks of liquid phase leakage, low thermal conductivity, and poor electro/solar-thermal conversion ability have limited their practical application. Herein, polyethylene glycol (PEG) with a high phase change enthalpy was impregnated into a flexible and porous single-wall carbon nanotube non-woven fabric (SWNWF) scaffold with interconnected micropores. The obtained SWNWF@PEG film not only retained the excellent flexibility and shape-stability of SWNWF, but also have excellent leakage-proof capability and a high melting enthalpy of 125.5 J/g due to the high PEG encapsulation efficiency of 81.7 %. In consequence, the hybrid film showed a remarkable Joule heating effect of 64 % at 1.5 V, outperforming previously reported values at low applied voltage. We further constructed a wearable thermal management device using the flexible PCM film as a carrier, which showed high and stable solar-thermal conversion ability. |
