摘要 | To prepare ReCr co-doped 8-NiAl coating, an innovative method that electroplating NiRe combined with arc ion plating (AIP) Cr, AIP Al and followed by diffusion treatment was proposed. ReCr co-doped 8-NiAl coating contained an outer 8-NiAl layer with fine dispersive ReCr-rich precipitates, an inner 8-NiAl layer with fine dispersive W-rich precipitates and bottom interdiffusion zone (IDZ). And ReCr-rich phases were mainly distributed in the interior of coating grain. The TEM results proved that ReCr-rich precipitates were a -Cr phase as main phase, wherein some Re solubilized in a -Cr phase and it did not change the phase structure of a -Cr. |
