摘要 | Creep rupture life prediction method was developed by establishing the correlations between optimized Larson-Miller model of virgin materials as standard heat treatment and degraded material at different thermal exposure temperatures in the present study. Data analysis and calculations were performed using the classical Larson-Miller equation, where different values of parameter C were selected the optimum Larson-Miller constant C and optimum fitting formulas of directionally solidified CM247LC superalloy as virgin and degraded conditions after thermal exposure at 850 degrees C, 900 degrees C and 1000 degrees C. Further, the correlations between the creep properties of CM247LC superalloy in virgin and degraded conditions have been established, based on which mutual extrapolation between the creep rupture life of virgin alloy and residual lifetime of CM247LC in degraded conditions could be realized. |
