摘要 | The corrosion behavior of 40Cr steel under the synergistic effect of plastic tensile strain and UV was investigated. The results show that the corrosion current density increases under the synergistic effect of strain and illumination. Before the formation of the complete rust layer, it is mainly attributed to the variation of the electric double layer, and the strain can enhance the effect of illumination on the electric double layer. After the formation of the complete rust layer, the increase in corrosion current density was mainly related to the change in the inner rust layer composition.
