摘要 | BiVO4/Cu2O/g-C3N4 ternary heterojunction as a double Z-scheme sonocatalyst was effectively synthesized by the solvothermal and thermal decomposition method. The sonocatalysts' structure, morphology, chemical makeup, and physicochemical characteristics were assessed by using XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, DRS, and BET. Tetracycline (TET) was utilized for the modeled chemical contaminant to investigate the sonocatalytic capabilities of the sonocatalysts. The findings showed that BiVO4/Cu2O/g-C3N4 had remarkable sonocatalytic activity, and the degradation rate reached 93.80 +/- 0.33 % within 30 min. By further studying the electron separation and migration behavior, a feasible sonocatalytic mechanism of BiVO4/Cu2O/g-C3N4 is proposed. This research will pave the practicable way for the new double Z-scheme sonocatalytic system. |
