游动芯头拉拔工艺参数对模具磨损影响模拟

Abstract在二维轴对称弹塑性有限元中加入Archard磨损模型,并采用正交试验对摩擦系数、铜管坯料厚度和拉拔速度工艺参数进行分析。同时,分别对芯头、外模与铜管间的摩擦系数进行对比分析。结果显示,对模具磨损重要性依次为:摩擦系数、铜管坯料厚度和拉拔速度,铜管与外模间的摩擦系数升高,外模磨损越为严重,而铜管与芯头的摩擦系数提高则减缓外模磨损。
