| Abstract | 近年来,Exendin-4成为2型糖尿病治疗研究的热点。它是一种含有39肽的氨基酸,与胰高血糖素样肽1(glucagon-like peptide 1,GLP-1)具有相似的降糖机制,属于GLP-1受体激动剂。Exendin-4在血糖浓度较高的情况下能促进胰岛素分泌,不但可以使初治2型糖尿病患者血糖正常,而且对于使用磺酰脲类和双胍类药物治疗失效者也有降血糖作用。本文就Exendin-4的国内外研究进展、作用机制以及临床药效学性质和安全性评价做一综述。 |
