Q235钢在潮湿SO_2环境中的初期腐蚀锈层的表征

Abstract研究了Q235钢在不同SO2浓度48h的初期腐蚀行为,分析了在不同条件下Q235钢的初期腐蚀行为,发现SO2浓度0.05%为一临界点,此时Q235钢的腐蚀深度达到最大,随后再提高SO2浓度,腐蚀深度随之降低.同时运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM/EDAX)、Fourior变换红外光谱(FTIR)和XRD对Q235钢的表面形貌和腐蚀产物进行了分析,发现当SO2浓度为0.5%时,出现了三种不同形貌的产物层,并且在产物中发现了SO32-,讨论了不同条件下锈层中S元素的作用,并对SO32-的生成机制进行了分析,阐述了Q235钢在不同SO2浓度下的腐蚀机理.
