蒸汽锅炉炉管爆裂失效分析

Abstract对某烯烃厂爆裂破坏的蒸汽锅炉(F106)炉管,进行了宏观形貌、化学、金相、扫描电镜的分析.结果表明:炉管爆裂的原因是由于炉内爆管处局部温度过高(超温),并在该温度下长期运行,管壁发生了高温蠕变,晶界出现蠕变裂纹,使得炉管强度降低所致.
